Here are my rules I am going to live by:
- workout six times a week-one hour minimum workouts
- one cheat day each week. cause you need it
- water water water
- replace my afternoon coffee with green tea
- healthy snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, ect. NO STARBUCKS.
- make stretching every morning part of my routine
